Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop jussi-art-print.de / jussi-art-print.com.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded once we confirm your order via email.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices listed are final prices.

In accordance with § 19 German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged due to the small business regulation.

4. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Card
  • Klarna
  • Google Pay
  • Shopify Payments

Payment is made during the checkout process.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made within Germany and possibly internationally.

Delivery time:

  • 3–10 business days
  • For custom-made products, delivery times may be extended

Customers will be informed of any changes in delivery time.

6. Custom / Personalized Products

For custom-made or personalized products, production begins only after payment has been received and all required information has been approved by the customer.

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for personalized products (see cancellation policy).

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal.

Exceptions apply to:

  • custom-made products
  • personalized goods

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Liability

We are liable only for damages caused by intentional or gross negligence.

In case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
